How does the ordering process work? TOP
Ordering is SIMPLE! Depending on what shirt you are purchasing you will need to choose fabric(s), font, stitching color and design all of which will be selected at check out. If you have a custom request, e-mail me! What brands do you use? How does sizing run? TOP
Brands vary by availability. If you have any questions regarding sizing or the specific brand being used on your order please e-mail me prior to placing your order. How are the shirts made? TOP
For the "original" style shirts a custom patch is hand cut and ironed on to fusible webbing and then ironed on to the shirt. It is then hand stitched with embroidery floss to secure the fabric.
For the embroidered and appliqued items they are made using an embroidery machine. How do I wash my items? TOP
All shirts should be washed inside out. Machine wash on cold or warm to avoid shrinking. Tumble dry LOW heat or hang to dry.
It is important NOT to use high heat when washing or drying so you do not shrink the fabric used in the design/applique.
Is fraying normal? TOP
Machine appliqued items should not fray at all. For LLC Originals, due to the nature of the fabric, some fraying around the edges is normal. Some fabrics fray more than others. I have never had a shirt fall apart or fray excessively. This generally adds to the character and uniqueness of the design. Is my order refundable? Do you take exchanges? TOP
Once your order is placed there are no cash refunds. You may change your design after your order is placed as long as I have not started your order.
All of my shirts are custom and hand made so there are no refunds and/or exchanges.
I cannot be held responsible for late or missing packages (as long as I can provide proof of shipment with a delivery confirmation.) What is an "LLC Original?" TOP
You will see several items in my shop with the title "The LLC Original...". My original style tees are HANDSEWN. All other items are created using an embroidery machine. How much is shipping? TOP
Orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $4.95. You may upgrade to priority mail for an additional $2.00. How can I get coupons and specials e-mailed to me? TOP
Please e-mail me and in the subject line type: mailing list and I will add you to my list. I do NOT sell your e-mail address and will only use it to send out my monthly newsletter and to inform you of deals. You may unsubscribe at any time. How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Current turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks. If you need something for a specific date e-mail me and I will let you know if I can accommodate you. Generally I can get items out faster. Do you take any payments other than paypal? TOP
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. I will also accept check or money order, there will be a 5 day waiting period until the check clears before the order is processed. There will be a fee applied for returned checks. |
